The solid Loss-in weight feeder adopts screw feeding. According to the different materials, the Loss-in weight feeder has many different types of screw can be selected, and it can mainly divided into single screw and twin screw two kinds of feeding methods. The single screw is used mainly as granule, block crushed material, fine fluidity powder and so on. The twin-screw has a better push force than the single screw. It is suitable for the powder with poor fluidity.
DEGA's Loss-in weight feeder can make the feeding range more wider and the feeding accuracy more higher by using servo motor and DEGA's advanced control system.
Twin Screw Loss-in weight Feeders
The DEGA range of twin screw loss-in weight feeders are suited to materials that can be floodable. As with the single screw range, we can cover feed rates from less than 1Kg/H to several Tonnes/H. Twin screw loss-in weight feeders allow for finer control at low rates and the interlocking nature of the twin screw holds back powders and other fine materials that would otherwise flush through a single flight device.
